Mrs. Despotova is in charge of the individual training sessions of couples and she conducts all the formation rehearsals. The achievements of the club's various formation teams have gained thirteen national championship gold medals. The club has participated in numerous international competitions, reaching 10th place at European and World Championships, and 7th place at prestigious international formation competitions.

2. Ivan Despotov – Coach and Manager of the club. More than 35 years of professional experience; category A coach. Manager of NASTROENIE dancesport club since its establishment. Highest professional category for Bulgaria and licensed WDSF – A coach.

3. Vladimir Despotov – Coach. 14 years of experience as a dancesport competitor and 20 years of professional dance coach experience.
